Founded in 2022

Home on Whidbey, a community land trust is a non-profit organization that strengthens community by holding land in trust for permanently affordable homeownership, offering financial services and educational support to first-time homeowners, and protecting the land and natural resources of our beautiful Island. Home on Whidbey is a membership-based organization, which gives homeowners and donors voting rights on organizational decisions, ensuring that the community members we serve are part of the decision making process that drives our mission-based work. We serve all of Whidbey Island.
