Whidbey Island Living Legacy is a 501c3 organization providing attainable housing solutions in South Whidbey.
Our mission: Raise funds to create an affordable housing development on land donated to WILL, where low-income, qualified individuals can purchase one of our cottages in a community of small cottages.
The name has been chosen: Grace Landing.
The land has been donated.
We've hired our builder,
Cruver’s Contracting LLC.
The site plan is completed.
The arborist's report is completed.
The house plans are completed.

Creating affordable housing for the South Whidbey region is critical. The emergence of tiny homes as an alternative to traditional housing is a key part of the solution as housing prices continue to rise. Our goal is to serve the community by creating new housing options for our people.
