Welcome to Whidbey’s Nonprofit Directory

This directory is a free community resource created by the Whidbey Community Foundation to connect residents and donors with the many organizations serving our island. Inclusion does not imply endorsement or funding, and not all organizations listed are WCF grantees. We strive to keep information current and accurate. Description

Shop local this holiday season and you could win big during the Downtown Oak Harbor Main Street Association’s Green Ticket Giveaway!

From November 1 through December 18, shoppers will receive one Green Ticket for every $20 spent at participating downtown Oak Harbor businesses. Each ticket is another chance to win one of several cash prizes, including a $1,500 Grand Prize, a $500 prize, two $250 prizes, and five $100 prizes.

The more you shop downtown, the more chances you have to win while supporting the local businesses that make Oak Harbor special.
