Langley Street Dance 2026 Musical Entertainment RFP is CLOSED!


Langley Main Street Association (LMSA) is accepting submissions from artists to provide musical entertainment for the Langley Street Dance to be held on August 22rd, 2026. This lively and community-focused event is a celebration that brings together people of all ages for an evening of music, dancing and fun. The Street Dance will be conducted on Second Street in front of Callahan’s Glass Studio from the hours of 6:30-10 p.m. The time will be divided between two live bands, with a 20 – 30 minute transition time between the first and second performers. The selected groups will be required to enter into a contract with LMSA agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions included in this RFP. Each entertainment group will receive $1,400.00 for their performances. No additional and/or contingency funds will be available for RFP applicants.
