$100k in Tax Credits Available Now!

Great news for our local business community! As of April 1, the Washington State Main Street Tax Credit Incentive Program has $100,000 in Main Street tax credits available.

This is a unique opportunity to keep your tax dollars right here in Langley. By participating, you can redirect your state B&O or Public Utility Tax liability to support the historic revitalization and beautification projects that make our downtown thrive.

How It Works

The process is simple, but credits are claimed on a first-come, first-served basis statewide.

  1. Check Availability: Log in to your Department of Revenue (DOR) account to see your eligibility.

  2. Pledge: Select Langley Main Street Association as your recipient.

  3. Contribute: Make your donation to LMSA to secure your credit for the following year.

 About the Tax Credit Incentive Program

The Washington State Main Street Tax Credit Incentive Program (MSTCIP) allows eligible businesses to redirect their B&O taxes to Langley Main Street Association (LMSA) and receive a 75% tax credit.  In practical terms, if you contribute $1,000 to LMSA this year, you’ll receive a $750 credit on next year’s taxes.
