Community Coordinator - Good Cheer

Community Coordinator Good Cheer is hiring a Community Coordinator!  The Community Coordinator plays a key role in building and sustaining Good Cheer’s volunteer program through recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, relationship management, and community engagement. This position serves as the primary coordinator for volunteers across Good Cheer programs and events, ensuring volunteers feel welcomed, informed, supported, and connected to the organization’s mission. This role works closely with program team leads, community partners, and the Engagement Officer to coordinate volunteer activities, maintain databases, support outreach and communications efforts, and assist with fundraising and community events. We're looking for someone who enjoys team-oriented work, has great organizational skills, and is excited to make a positive impact in the community.
