The South Whidbey C.A.R.E.S. Coalition consists of community members across a variety of sectors including those with lived experience who are dedicated to prevention and wellness. The coalition's mission is to build relationships and create partnerships centered on the safety and wellness of South Whidbey. The coalition meets monthly and members participate in workgroups based on their interests and strategic priorities to address the community's emerging needs.
