We are a grassroots effort, in partnership with South Whidbey Fire/EMS and Island County Emergency Management, to build neighborhood Resilience and Emergency Preparedness.  We have 15,000 residents over 66 square miles.  In a disaster our first responder is probably next door.  It's an act of love, not fear.  And our whole community benefits.
