NAMI Family Support Group: Online

NAMI Family Support Group (FSG) is for adult family members and friends of people with mental health conditions. It provides an opportunity for families of people living with a mental health condition to talk to others in similar situations who understand their challenges. Participants gain hope as they help one another by utilizing their collective lived experiences and learned wisdom.

The online Family Support Group meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays of every month from 7:00 to 8:30 pm PT by Zoom. Click here to register.

Family Support Group is not intended for the loved ones of concern; it is only for the caregiving families. In order to create a safe and welcoming space for participants, outside observers (including students, professionals, or health care providers) are not permitted to attend.
