The WAIF Endowment Foundation is dedicated to ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of Whidbey Animals’ Improvement Foundation (WAIF). As a separate and distinct entity, WAIF Endowment Foundation focuses on providing a steady source of revenue to enable WAIF to pursue its mission of caring for the displaced companion animals on Whidbey Island.
