FOWSP is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to supporting 7 State Parks on Whidbey Island: Joseph Whidbey, Fort Ebey, Fort Casey, Ebey’s Landing, South Whidbey, Keystone Spit, and Possession Point.

A group of community members was asked by the Manager of Central Whidbey Area State Parks to start a volunteer Friends group to help care for 7 State Parks on Whidbey Island.
