Welcome to Whidbey’s Nonprofit Directory

This directory is a free community resource created by the Whidbey Community Foundation to connect residents and donors with the many organizations serving our island. Inclusion does not imply endorsement or funding, and not all organizations listed are WCF grantees. We strive to keep information current and accurate. For updates, additions, or questions, please contact us at [email protected] or (360) 660-5041.

Free Day - Juneteenth
Description
Becoming a Junior Ranger is an important experience for any young camper! Every summer, thousands of kids attend Junior Ranger events and programs at Deception Pass. Junior Rangers are taught about respecting nature, park safety and natural history, and complete activities in order to earn their Junior Ranger badge. The Junior Ranger Program is an opportunity for children to meet park staff and learn about parks and the natural world. These programs are a great place to pick up a Junior Ranger Book or turn one in for a badge! Topics will vary depending on the day. Check in at the Welcome Booth or ask staff when you arrive to learn more.
