Description

Nonprofit Operations Nuts and Bolts

Date: Thursday, September 18
Time: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Location: Pacific Rim Institute
Cost: $10 per person

Small nonprofits (1-5 employees) often face capacity and resource constraints that can make it difficult to manage day-to-day operations. This workshop will provide practical advice and concrete action steps in the areas of administration, finance, and human resources to help small nonprofits put a strong organizational foundation in place or strengthen existing operations. A Resource Roundup in each topic area with links, templates, and recommendations will be provided. You’ll leave the session confident in your ability to establish or assess your nonprofit’s basic operations for compliance and effectiveness, along with tools to guide your decision-making.

A light lunch will be provided. In order to allow as many organizations as possible to participate, we ask that you limit registration for your organization to two people.
